New Semester Kicks Off at UJOP

UJOP's new semester has officially kicked off with a buzz of energy and anticipation. The chapel at Voršilská Street was filled to capacity with eager students, both returning and newcomers, exchanging chatter like a lively flock of swallows. The buzz only quieted when Mrs. Landergott Kalvínská, the director, made her entrance to address the group.

“Vítejte means ‘Welcome’ in Czech,” Mrs. Kalvínská began.

She proceeded to introduce the institute and its staff and then proudly listed the countries represented by the students this semester. Students from 41 countries across six continents, such as Albania, China, and Mexico, will join the UJOP community.

The students erupted into applause as their countries were acknowledged. In closing, Mrs. Kalvínská wished the students success in their studies, adding, “May this semester be as successful as the last!”
