Mongolian Scholarship Students Meet with Representatives from the Mongolian Embassy in Podebrady

On Saturday, November 23, Poděbrady had the privilege of welcoming Mrs. Namuunaa, the third secretary of the Mongolian embassy. She visited to meet with Mongolian students who had begun their studies in the COMPLEX preparatory programmes at UJOP, having been selected through the Mongolian presidential scholarship.

The students also had the opportunity to meet with two Mongolian alumni who had successfully completed their studies at UJOP and are now continuing their education at the Czech Technical University (ČVUT). These alumni shared valuable insights into their academic experiences. Together with the secretary, the group discussed various aspects of student life at UJOP, including important topics such as the diploma recognition (nostrification) process, visa extensions, and other necessary documentation.

Additionally, they talked about potential future studies at Czech universities. In response, the secretary introduced the students to opportunities at ČVUT, where many could pursue technical fields such as computer science.

The students expressed their satisfaction with the COMPLEX preparatory programme, praising the school’s infrastructure and the opportunities offered by UJOP. The scholarship students also shared their nerves about the upcoming exam, which they are diligently preparing for. The secretary wished them good luck and perseverance in their studies.
