The new academic year begins next week, and the Institute for Language and Preparatory Studies (UJOP) is naturally in full preparation mode. After a summer filled with our summer schools, teachers are once again ready to devote themselves fully to students in the preparatory programmes.

This year, Charles University opened its doors to international students interested in studying in the Czech Republic through the summer course Discover Your Future, organised under the auspices of the Institute for Language and Preparatory Studies. This intensive two-week programme, held at the Krystal campus in Prague and intended for students aged 15–18, is unique in combining language instruction with direct cooperation from various Charles University faculties.
