A Tailored Experience with International Flavour: A Visit to UCT School of Business

On Thursday, February 6, 2025, students from the economics and technical preparatory programmes had the opportunity to visit the cosy and welcoming University of Chemistry and Technology (UCT) School of Business, known for its human-centred approach. The visit provided a firsthand look at the school's facilities and a chance to interact with faculty members.

Coinciding with the visit, the UCT School of Business hosted both a Doors Open Day and an International Day, offering students a unique experience. Not only did they have the chance to meet current students, but they also enjoyed a variety of international cuisine and, most importantly, gained valuable insights into what studying at the institution is like. The day was filled with practical advice, helping students make informed decisions about their academic future.

After a warm welcome, students from the UCT School of Business took on the role of guides, leading visitors through the classrooms, student facilities, and computer and lecture rooms.

The UJOP students thoroughly enjoyed both the Doors Open and International Days at the UCT School of Business. In addition to gathering brochures filled with information about the school, they left with much more – including a smile on their faces.
