In the details of the study programme you have chosen, click on the "APPLY" button, which will take you to the online application form. The application form must be filled in in Latin alphabet.
You must include the following attachments in your online application:
Cover letter paragraphs:
The reason for your interest in studying in the Czech Republic, whether you have studied the Czech language before (for how long).
The field you want to study at university in the future
Your goals after graduation
Your knowledge of other languages
A short CV
If you have not completed secondary education at the time of application, please attach a confirmation letter from your school indicating the year in which you are studying and the year in which you will graduate.
You can attach the copy of your passport directly to the online application! Please pay attention to the instructions in the online application form, which specify which formats and size of the attached files are acceptable.
Once you have submitted your online application, you will receive an automatic confirmation to the email address provided in the application form.
The confirmation includes:
a PDF file with a copy of your application form
a list of documents attached to your application
the email address of our representative who will process your application and then issue all the documents for your visa
You will resolve all matters regarding documents and finance with our representative by email. When communicating with the representative, always use your NAME and SURNAME and the name of the study centre, e.g. Poděbrady, as the SUBJECT of the email (in Latin alphabet).
Once we have processed your application, you will receive an email from our representative with the following documents:
Payment instructions (Use these instructions to pay your tuition fee.)
Draft of the study contract (This document is for reference only and you do not need to sign it yet.)
Accommodation conditions (if you have booked accommodation.)
Health insurance order form and a template for completing it (if you have booked health insurance through us). You must print this document, fill it in, sign it, scan/photograph it and send it back to our representative.
Other information materials
The tuition fee must be paid in full so that we can issue and send you the official admission letter that you will need for your visa application.
If you are not applying for a visa (EU students or students residing in the Czech Republic), you must pay the full tuition fee at least 1 week before the start of the course (if you are booking accommodation, a deposit may be required earlier).
After you pay the course fee in full, you will receive the following documents from us:
Official confirmation of admission to study
Accommodation contract (if you have booked and paid for accommodation - read more about accomodation)
Health insurance contract (if you have booked and paid for the insurance through us)
You will need to collect other documents yourself. Find your consulate on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic and check the document requirements on the website of the embassy/consulate in your country!
The following documents are usually required:
International travel document/passport (Passport must be valid for at least 3 months beyond the expiry date of your future long-term visa.)
A bank statement of funds for your stay in the Czech Republic
criminal record statement
notarised parental consent to stay in the Czech Republic (for minors only)
The documents you acquire yourself must be translated into Czech by a court translator. You can order the translation of your documents from us.

Double check the document requirements on the website of the embassy/consulate in your country! At the time of application, the documents must not be older than 180 days.

The consular department where you applied for your long-term visa/residence permit will inform you by email or telephone of the status of your application. If you are granted a visa, you will be asked to present yourself at the embassy/consulate general with a valid passport (the passport must be valid for at least 3 months beyond the expiry date of your future long-term visa) and a valid health insurance contract. You can also order health insurance through us.
Our students are rarely denied visas. However, if your visa is not approved, you will be refunded the course fee minus €120. €150 will be deducted from your accommodation deposit. Administrative costs of 2% will also be deducted from the refunded part of the total amount. The full terms and conditions of the refund you can find in the contract which you will receive for review after submitting your online application for our courses.

They will guide you through all the steps to prepare documents for the visa application process. Once you have obtained your visa, the study centre consultants will be in contact with you. They all speak Russian and English and you can contact them with any questions.
