STEP 2: PREPARE THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

            The embassy/consulate has scheduled an appointment for you to apply for the visa. Prepare 

            documents. 

            You have received the following documents from us:  


            • official confirmation of admission to study 
            • study contract 

            • accommodation contract (if you have booked and paid for accommodation; You can find out 
              accommodation service here [ URL "https://ujop.cuni.cz/UJOPEN-112.html"]   

            • health insurance contract (if you have booked and paid for the insurance through us; Mor
              can be found on the Health Insurance [ URL "https://ujop.cuni.cz/UJOPEN-115.html"] ) 
             

            You will need to secure other documents yourself.

            PLEASE NOTE: Some countries may have specific requirements for documents. Visit the websit

            of the Czech Republic, find the page related to your consulate, and check the document req
            outlined by the embassy/consulate in your country!  

             
            The following documents are usually required:  


            • International travel document/passport (The passport must be valid for at least 3 months
              expiry date of your future long-term visa.) 
            • Bank statement showing the amount of funds in your account (How much money there should

            • Criminal record certificate (This document must have the appropriate degree of legalizat

            • Notarized parental consent for an underage student to travel abroad and stay in the Czec
