            On Monday, December 3, an Advent event took place at the castle in the Poděbrady centre to

            beginning of the Christmas season.
            On Monday, December 3, an Advent event took place at the castle in the Poděbrady centre to
            beginning of the Christmas season. Teachers prepared a small advent gathering for the stud

            the preparatory courses to immerse them in the Christmas spirit and introduce them to Czec
            traditions.





            Together they all enjoyed listening to carols while decorating freshly baked gingerbread c
            were later used to decorate the Christmas tree. Throughout the activity, a few pieces of g
            discreetly 'tasted' as our meticulous students made sure that only the most delicious cook

            the tree.




            Once decorated and tasted, the gingerbread cookies were hung on the Christmas tree, where 
            part of a festive display throughout Advent. The highlight of the day was the lighting of 

            decorated tree, followed by photo opportunities to capture the joyous moment.




            Thanks to this, our students were able to enjoy the Christmas holidays even though many of
            celebrate Christmas in their home countries.
