            • There is no refund of the course fee at the time the student starts the summer course.

            • If the candidate cancels his/her participation in the course no later than 2 weeks befor
              the course, the price of the course will be refunded after deduction of a non-refundable
              fee (1000 CZK for the 4-week variant, 500 CZK for the 2-week variant).

            • If the applicant uses the supporting documents issued by ILPS CU to obtain a visa and us
              enter the Czech Republic, he/she is considered to have started the course and is therefo
              to a refund of the course fee.

            • By paying the course fee, the student confirms his/her agreement to the above terms and

            (does not apply to the Summer Czech language and Culture Course and to the SUMMER FLAS PRA

            • At the time the student checks into the accommodation, no refund of the accommodation pr
            • If the applicant cancels his/her participation in the course no later than 2 weeks befor
              the course, the amount paid for accommodation will be refunded in full.

            • If the applicant uses the supporting documents issued by our institute to obtain a visa 
              this visa to enter the Czech Republic, he/she is considered to have started the accommod
              therefore not entitled to a refund of the accommodation price.

            • By paying the accommodation price, the student confirms his/her agreement to the above t
              conditions.

            • We offer a discount of 1000 CZK per person on the price of the complete four-week course
              have participated in our summer course in the past 3 years.
            • We offer a 10% discount per person on the price of the course to participants of Czech l

              organized by Czech centres abroad [ URL "https://www.czechcentres.cz/en/"] .
            • The claim for the discount must already be stated in the online application form.
            • Discounts are not cumulative.

            • For the two-week summer school options, the discounts are reduced accordingly.
