Graduate of the UJOP Preparatory Programme Exhibits at the House U Jonáše in Pardubice

Barmankul Nuray from Kazakhstan, a graduate of the art preparatory programme at the Crystal Centre of UJOP, is participating in the major group exhibition Vladimír Véla and Students – Sutnarka Painting. The exhibition runs from 12 November 2025 to 12 April 2026 at the House U Jonáše in Pardubice. The curator of the exhibition is Petr Vaňous.

Barmankul Nuray is among the selected students of the Painting Studio at the Ladislav Sutnar Faculty of Design and Art of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen, which has been led by painter Vladimír Véla since 2021. The exhibition presents the current work of the studio, characterised by openness to student individuality, an emphasis on dialogue, plurality of opinions, and a broad spectrum of painterly expression ranging from classical approaches to experimental forms.

Nuray’s successful participation in this prestigious exhibition demonstrates the high level of artistic training she acquired during her studies in the preparatory programme for art disciplines at UJOP and confirms that graduates of the programme are capable of establishing themselves within both the Czech and international art scenes.
