On Thursday afternoon, the Krystal Centre hosted the ceremonial opening of the project Language as a Gateway, which UJOP UK has been organizing for many years to help Ukrainian scholarship holders master the Czech language. This year, 51 students have joined the programme.
In addition to this, UJOP runs other important programmes as well. The Czech is the Key courses focus on supporting the integration of Ukrainian holders of temporary protection in the Czech Republic through short, targeted Czech language courses. These are structured and designed to ensure that the knowledge gained can be practically applied in students’ personal, professional, and academic lives.
The Fond F programme provides Ukrainian students with free Czech language education and personalized counselling.
